Hohm is a sole trader business based in Australia. We curate thoughtful homewares and gift boxes designed to bring comfort, connection and calm into the home.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us at hello@hohm.com.au.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product becomes unavailable, is incorrectly priced, or if there’s a payment issue.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We take care to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, though occasional errors may occur. If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly.

4. Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for postal delays, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. For change-of-mind returns, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Once received, we’ll issue a store credit for the item’s value (excluding shipping).

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@hohm.com.au within 7 days with a photo and description so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Gift Boxes

Each Hohm box is carefully curated and may contain handmade or natural items. Small variations in colour, finish or scent are part of the character of these pieces and not considered faults.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, designs and branding — is the property of Hohm and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hohm is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of our website or products beyond our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
