Hohm - Returns & Refund Policy

We hope your Hohm piece brings warmth and calm to your home. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@hohm.com.au within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened candles, food items or custom hampers) cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued within 5 business days via email.
